• Payments: All payments for digital only products are processed securely by our Merchant of Record (LemonSqueezy) and their payment processors (Stripe). We do not see or store your full credit card details.

• Taxes: Prices for our Digital Products and Services are inclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax, which is handled by our Merchant of Record.

• For Consulting Services: We provide our professional advisory Services based on extensive C-suite level expertise and a track record of success. However, all business decisions and the implementation of our advice are the sole responsibility of you, the client. Our advice does not constitute legal or financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of KDL Services Ltd for any claim arising out of or in connection with our Products or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product or Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of profits, data, or revenue. For B2B Consulting Services, any specific liability terms will be detailed in the client SOW.
