1. Definitions
“Site” means mediumslateblue-anteater-576712.hostingersite.com and kaidleifert.com.
“Products” means any digital download, assessment, template, or self-guided programme sold via the Site.
“MoR” means the merchant-of-record that processes your payment.
“You / Your” means the purchaser or visitor.
2. Scope & Acceptance
By purchasing or accessing any Product you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy, Cookie and Refund policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
3. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal-business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display any Product without prior written consent.

Prices include all applicable VAT or sales tax, collected and remitted by the MoR.
5. Payments & Security
All card data is handled solely by the MoR and its PCI-DSS-level processor (Stripe). We do not see or store full card numbers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, source code and trademarks are the exclusive property of KDL Services Ltd. Unauthorised copying or derivative works are prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
Products are educational and informational. We make no income, employment, or performance guarantees. You assume full responsibility for implementing any recommendations.
8. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to that claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may amend these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted on the Site.
